Reduce EU export risks with March 12 webinar

REACH regulatory compliance update
If you export products or parts into Europe, and want to learn how to minimize financial risk and maintain market access, attend a free equipment-industry webinar March 12 on EU REACH regulatory compliance.
The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) EU REACH webinar is set for 10 a.m. CT on March 12. It will outline what companies need to know to effectively meet the ever-changing requirements of what the European Parliament has called “…one of the most complex texts in the history of the EU.”
Click here to register for the AEM EU REACH webinar.
Participants will:

  • Learn the key facts about EU REACH (which stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restriction of CHemical substances)
  • Understand where EU REACH can create financial and business risks, and how to mitigate them
  • Obtain REACH regulatory updates, including the increase in substances of very high concern and upcoming dates of importance
  • Find out about AEM’s Training Solution to help companies comply with materials-management regulations

Keep up to speed with monthly briefs, online training
AEM has also developed online EU REACH compliance training, with a curriculum that is based on an individual’s role in the company. Levels include executive awareness and manager and technical manager training. Operational training, certification and beyond-certification tracks are under development.
The association also produces a monthly “AEM Regulated Substances Brief” as an industry-customized expert guide to chemical substances and regulations affecting products. Information covers EU REACH as well as EU RoHS, Conflict Minerals and related emerging regulatory developments.
