Between December 15 and 18, 2014 the third edition of the BAUMA CONEXPO SHOW – bC India will be taking place in the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida near Delhi. A range of useful and practical services are available to visitors to help them plan their time at the show.
At www.bCIndia.com/en/Visitors/Registration visitors can register in advance online and enjoy a range of benefits. Firstly, registering online is free – whereas at the venue there is a charge. Also, those who order in advance get sent their ticket by e-mail, which means no need to queue up at the ticket desks at the venue. Another plus is that in the prize draw connected with registration visitors get the chance to win a flight to the world’s biggest construction machinery trade show – bauma in Munich. For all visitors to bC India, there is a free shuttle service to the show (http://www.bcindia.com/en/Travel).
For the first time this year there will be a matchmaking program for all participants in bC India. With this tool visitors can not only preview which companies are exhibiting at the show, but also book meetings with them in advance and make contact with other participants. For further information on this go to: www.bcindia.com/en/Matchmaking
In addition to these services bC India is again accompanied by a supporting program of events on technical themes: The Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (iCEMA), the Builders’ Association of India (BAI) and the ASAPP Media Information Group are once more organizing conferences and trade events. As well as this, individual exhibitors can opt to present their products and innovations also in the forum at bC India.
Taking place on Tuesday, December 16, is the “Conference on Infrastructure Equipment – Re-scripting the Growth Story”, organized by iCEMA in the Banquet Hall of the India Expo Mart. The theme of this year’s conference is “Adopting Speed, Scale and Skill in Infrastructure Development and Project Implementation”. The themes in focus here will include the current situation and challenges in infrastructure developments, the speed and approaches in project implementation, innovative models for building sustainable infrastructure, personnel resources and further training, and perspectives for the government and regulatory authorities.
The ASAPP Media Information Group starts its contribution to the technical program on the first day of the show – Monday, December 15 – with the “6th Annual Equipment India Conference” in the Banquet Hall at the India Expo Mart. The focus at this annual conference is again on the continuing and rising demand for construction machinery in India. For the equipment manufacturing industry, component manufacturers, users, service providers and market researchers, this is also an excellent opportunity to gain an overview of the current situation in the market. The “Annual Equipment India Conference” is expected to attract key decision-makers and opinion leaders from the Indian building and construction machinery industry.
Taking place in parallel with the above event is the “2nd Annual Equipment India Awards”, also organized by the ASAPP Media Information Group. The awards are presented for the best-selling products in over 15 categories, and for the best CEOs, CMOs, marketing campaigns and sales partners from a wide range of regions.
The joint organizer of bC India – BAI – is also making use of the trade show as a sector platform and holding its BAI Managing Committee Meeting for members on December 17. This event also takes place in the Banquet Hall at the India Expo Mart; after the meeting the members will be given a guided tour of bC India.
