Tobroco-Giant USA premiers GIANT at 2017 ConExpo

With the famed CONEXPO-CON/AGG coming closer, Tobroco-Giant USA is gearing up for its first exhibition there. The show is held every three years in Las Vegas and is regarded as one of the world’s biggest construction equipment shows. Tobroco-Giant USA has recently settled in Des Moines (Iowa) as independent sales and service office for GIANT Machinery in North America.
Participation in ConExpo is one of the first steps to increase brand awareness. Where skid steers currently rule the market of compact loaders, the small wheel-loader is showing more popularity every year. More owners buy compact wheel-loaders because of their surface friendly operation, operator friendliness and ease of use.
Furthermore the exhibition is used to seek equipment dealers who recognize the increasing popularity of compact wheel-loaders and compact loaders in general.
“It is important to be close to customers so you can provide local support and professional service.”

Tobroco-Giant USA will display a complete range of machinery. One of the machines is the GIANT E-Skid that will be demonstrated. The unique machine is driven by hydraulic wheel-motors which are electrically powered by a Jungheinrich battery. The GIANT E-skid is set for market distribution in the second half of 2017.
Next to the E-skid there will be various wheel loaders at the stand. Two of these wheel loader are “X-TRA” models. An X-TRA model is characterized by its extra low front frame and thus a lower centre of gravity of the load in comparison to the machine, resulting in a significantly higher tipping load. First there is the D263SW X-TRA with a service weight of 1.525 kg and 26 horsepower engine and the second machine is the V452T X-TRA HD. This GIANT is equipped with a 45 horsepower engine, 12-tonnes axles and bigger gear pump so it can reach a driving speed of 28 km/h and has an increased pulling force. With a tipping load of 2.700 kg the V452T X-TRA HD can handle every job.
Tobroco-Giant USA will display these machines and more at ConExpo’s Gold lot, booth number G1122.
